MCX304EV is Evaluation Module on which MCX304 is mounted. Crystal Oscillator (16MHz) is mounted on it too. I/O signals of the IC except CLK signal are connected to the terminals of the connectors (4pcs.) whose pins are 2.54mm pitch and 26pcs. And the connectors are mounted on the rear surface of PCB.
